Prosecutor rules Di Carlo unfit for trial
Prosecutor Federico Taramelli declared Claudio Hernán Di Carlo, known on social media as Hernán Bloquero, unfit to stand trial and ordered his commitment to a neuropsychiatric facility while the investigation continues. Di Carlo had been located in Junín, in Buenos Aires province, and taken to the city's Prosecutor's Office No. 6 by officers from the Communal Investigation Division 14 of the Buenos Aires City Police. According to sources cited in the reporting, the prosecutor determined that Di Carlo does not understand the criminal nature of his actions. The commitment order was issued at the request of Civil and Commercial Court No. 4 of the same judicial district. Journalist Leo García reported on C5N's El Diario that Di Carlo had been brought to the prosecutor's office by the City Police after an interview, and that a report from the Junín judiciary had already notified Buenos Aires City authorities that he received a disability pension and had a legal guardian in Junín. García said authorities concluded there was no possibility Di Carlo could understand what he had done and ordered his return to Junín, which ended in hospitalization. The confrontation at the Olga streaming studio
The episode took place at the entrance of the Olga streaming channel during a live broadcast. Security camera footage showed Di Carlo standing in front of the studio's large window for ten minutes before making intimidating gestures toward the host. Pettinato described the shock of realizing the man was at his workplace, saying his blood ran cold when he saw him and that a video captured the threat after the man waited ten minutes for him to look up.[S1]

The host was surprised and uncomfortable but continued the program, later recounting what had happened; the official Olga account also showed the moment. Sofía Gonet formally reported Di Carlo for harassment she says she suffered for a decade, and the courts ordered protection measures for the influencer. The complaint was filed at police station 14B and resulted in a panic button and a restraining order. Police sources cited by Infobae reported the measures after Di Carlo appeared outside the Olga studio during a live broadcast and made an intimidating gesture toward Pettinato, which prompted the host's complaint and intervention by the Buenos Aires City courts, which also ordered security measures for him.[S1]
In Pettinato's case, authorities established a fixed police guard at his home and a vehicle to accompany him during trips to the studio, in addition to the panic button. The appearance at his workplace raised alarms, since until then the host had perceived the threats as distant.
