He said the plan had been approved until a certain someone was re-elected. Ritchson did not identify the politician by name, but he has previously voiced strong opposition to Donald Trump.[S1]
The comment came in response to a user who expressed sadness each year that the next season would not cover the book in which Reacher kills his way through a white supremacist militia camp. Ritchson replied that Die Trying is his favorite book and shared the detail about its approval status.[S1]
