A Star-Studded Island Ceremony
Jennifer Meyer and Geoff Ogunlesi exchanged vows in an outdoor ceremony at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai in Hawaii over the weekend. Meyer wore a strapless white gown with a long veil, while Ogunlesi was dressed in a black suit and bowtie. Tobey Maguire, Meyer's ex-husband, officiated the wedding, wearing a suit and tie and appearing animated as he held up papers and pointed upward at one point.[S1][S2][S3][S4][S5][S6][S7][S8]
Among those in attendance were Leonardo DiCaprio with model girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, Jeff Bezos and his wife Lauren Sánchez, Courteney Cox, Kate Hudson with fiancé Danny Fujikawa, and Rachel Zoe. The wedding also involved the couple's children: Meyer and Maguire's daughter Ruby, 19, and son Otis, 17, plus the newborn daughter Meyer shares with Ogunlesi, born in May.[S1]
Divorce Finalized Days Before
The wedding took place just days after Meyer, 49, became officially divorced from Maguire, nearly ten years after their initial split. Court documents obtained by Page Six earlier this month stated that a judgment of dissolution was entered, terminating the marriage and restoring both parties to single status. The divorce was bifurcated, meaning remaining issues still need to be resolved as part of a larger settlement.[S1][S2][S5][S8]
Meyer and Maguire ended their nine-year marriage, during which they had two children, in October 2016. Speaking on the World's First Podcast in 2022, Meyer called the split beautiful and the most beautiful experience of her life, explaining it was a decision that demanded faith that the universe would support them. She added that the process was incredibly difficult and that she would do anything for her ex-husband, describing him as a brother she loves deeply.[S1]
From Engagement to Newborn
Meyer and Ogunlesi made their red carpet debut in November 2022, posing arm in arm at the Baby2Baby gala. They became engaged in August 2024, with Meyer showing off a diamond ring in an affectionate photo with Ogunlesi. She captioned the upload YES!!! In the photo, Ogunlesi wrapped his arms around her next to a candlelit table setting.[S1]
Earlier this year, the pair became parents to their first child together, a daughter whose name has not been made public. In a June Instagram post showing Ogunlesi cradling their baby, Meyer reflected on a perfect month with their perfect little girl and sent Ogunlesi Father's Day wishes.[S1]
