Noel Clarke, the British actor known for roles in Doctor Who and Kidulthood, has been formally charged by UK police with a series of sexual offenses. London's Metropolitan Police announced the charges on Wednesday, stating they relate to alleged incidents that occurred between 2007 and 2016 involving five women.[S1]
